Benjamin J. Bohannan, CEO of Constructure Inc., represents five generations of continuous concrete construction leadership in California, with a legacy dating to the early 20th century. This foundation reflects nearly a century of experience spanning paving, ready-mix supply, structural concrete, reinforcement systems, and full-service design-build delivery throughout Southern California.

The Bohannan legacy began in the 1930s with Bohannan Paving and expanded through successive generations into ready-mix production, logistics, and large-scale structural concrete construction. By the 1960s, the family operated significant concrete supply infrastructure across Los Angeles, and through Bohannan Bros, established a reputation for quality materials and reliable execution—contributing to major projects including the Federal Building at 11000 Wilshire Boulevard, completed in 1972.

Over time, the business evolved beyond material supply into reinforcing steel, post-tension systems, and engineered structural delivery. In 1999, the family transitioned from plant operations to focus on higher-value construction services. Building on this progression, Benjamin Bohannan co-founded a full-service concrete design-build platform in 2002, expanding into multifamily, mixed-use, commercial, podium, parking, and high-rise construction.

Today, Benjamin leads Constructure Inc. with a focus on disciplined execution, modern engineering methods, and rigorous quality and safety standards.
